Use Tina to collect usage information such as hours and cycles for each of your assets. Information may be imported from automated measurement or paper based systems and may be reviewed and validated by your engineers. Use Tina to define common usage profiles based on the way your assets are typically utilized and process actual in service usage information to recognize these profiles. Use Tina to define measuring points within the asset product structure and collect and distribute actual usage across each asset’s constituent assemblies, sub-assemblies and components.
Tina allows your engineers to keep track of the accumulated and historical usage of sub-assemblies and components as well as the asset they are installed on at any time. Because Tina also tracks the maintenance histories of these discrete items, your engineers will be able to easily plan all future maintenance events.
