AwareBase is an information management solutions company that creates high functioning information environments for its customers – everyone from the CEO to the receptionist can quickly find the information they need (and trust) to get their work done.

AwareBase is focused on delivering solutions to those who design products, manufacture them or support them in service. Our solutions almost always involve a blend of business process improvements, data management and enrichment, IT hardware and software. AwareBase principals have spent years working as engineers immersed in the challenges of designing, manufacturing and supporting products in service. We have a deep understanding of the process and data challenges faced by our customers because we have experienced them first hand. This experience combined with our passion of technology results in solutions that drive bottom line performance.

The AwareBase Product team is focused on designing, developing, maintaining and supporting our Tina5S product - cloud software for organizations that design, build, or maintain complex engineered assets. It enables integrated teams to find, manage, control, and monitor the development, release, delivery, and evolution of all project and asset related files and information. Unlike typical document management tools, Tina5S structures and connects information across the entire project and asset lifecycle, creating an organized, automated, and auditable information environment that enhances team efficiency, improves project predictability, and supports better, data-driven decisions leading to greater confidence among asset owners, partners, and regulators.

The AwareBase Service team is focused on creating information environment transformation plans and executing them for our customers. Service team outcomes are typically process improvements, elimination of data duplication and inefficiencies as well as identification and implementation of technology solutions like Tina5S involving both software and hardware.

AwareBase is privately owned, was incorporated in the fall of 2004 in Edmonton, Alberta. In the summer of 2011, AwareBase went global and opened an operation in New Delhi, India. AwareBase employs 40 full time Information Management (IM) specialists including software architects, developers & testers, business and system analysts.
