Our business analysts formulate information environment transformation plans, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, gather requirements, select off-the-shelf technology solutions and implement them, determine process improvements, manage and enrich data and help design custom software solutions. Our systems analysts and software developers transform requirements into working software. All work undertaken at AwareBase is managed from start to finish by project managers using project management best practices.
